Thank you for shopping with Luvenia Naturals! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Local Delivery We offer local delivery for customers in our area. Local delivery orders will be fulfilled separately and you will be contacted with delivery details.
Shipping Carrier We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or events outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your order at usps.com or through the tracking link provided in your email.
Lost or Stolen Packages Luvenia Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS. If you experience an issue, please contact your local USPS office or file a claim at usps.com.
Shipping Delays
Luvenia Naturals strives to process and ship all orders within the stated timeframe. However, once your order has been handed off to USPS, delivery times are outside of our control. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, severe weather, or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
At this time, Luvenia Naturals ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
